Save the Environment by Using Used Phones

Used Phones are sold in the market at affordable prices. These are second hand phones that are still working and have been tested by technicians and certified by them to be functional in all aspects.

The sad thing about some of the phones in the world today is that old phones that are still functional are being thrown away by the owners. These are put to thrash and eventually thrown into the garbage. When we look at the process, it seems that the cellphones are disposed properly. Unfortunately, people are not really aware on the effects of throwing cell phones into the garbage. This is because it seems by doing so is the most proper thing to do. This is also what we see and how we got accustomed with.

Well, not all garbage is the same. Remember on the waste segregation scheme? This is where we separate garbage that are health hazardous and garbage that melts or could be recycled. If used phones are not disposed properly and if they get to reach the soil, they will spread harmful chemicals which will eventually spread to the water and to the trees where people and animals use them as food and water sources. Once we get to eat these things or ingest them, we will later on feel the harmful chemical effects on our bodies. We will get sick and the infection that we will get could possibly make our condition severe.

As for the environment, this will make the soil unhealthy and the same goes for the water, the trees and plants surrounding the areas where the chemical leak could happen. When the environment is not healthy, our animals have nowhere to go but stay in those places and could also have some infection from the chemicals absorbed by these plants and trees. It is going to be a chain reaction. The environment then the living things surrounding the environment will become affected until everyone gets sick.

Introduction to small business phone systems

One of the best ways a small business can look and act like a larger company is to choose the right phone system. By providing big-business features at an affordable price, small business phone systems are a powerful tool for growing your business.

Does my small business need a PBX phone system?

Simply put: probably not. One way to save money on small business phone systems is to choose a key system unit (KSU) instead of a more expensive PBX system. A KSU is easier to install and manage than PBX hardware, and can support the calling needs of up to about 40 people.

You’ll get all the basic business calling features you’d expect: call forwarding and transferring, caller ID, extension dialing, voice mail, and more. You won’t get the flexibility that PBX systems offer: programming options are more limited. Furthermore, a KSU can’t be integrated with robust call center management software and doesn’t offer the detailed reporting on call times, hold queues, and other call center statistics that you might want.

Do make sure you plan for the future. You should expect to get 3 to 5 years out your phone system before it needs a major upgrade or replacement, so it’s important to look at your plans for growth and verify that the KSU you choose will be able to grow with you.

You might not need a phone system at all

A newer alternative to traditional small business phone systems is a hosted PBX service. With hosted PBX service, you get the full power of a business-grade PBX system without having to install any hardware or pay significant upfront costs. For small businesses, hosted PBX is definitely worth a look.
